Going into my 3rd year of teaching I feel very lucky to have the job that I do. However, as a fairly new teacher, I am still lacking items for my classroom to make it amazing for my students who deserve it. My classroom is more than a classroom for my students. For some, it is the most consistent place in their lives. I try to make it a place they feel safe, loved and cared for.
