Lady Gaga Speaks Out

Friday Lady Gaga posted a video to her Instagram. She posted it spreading a PSA about Bullying. She works with one of the mom's of a child that attends El Marino Elementary. The video posted says she is really sad that Venice is being bullied at the school. She ended the video with the quote "Be Kinder, Be Braver"
