Anne Heche Suffered Severe Brain Injury, Not Expected To Survive
Yesterday began with Los Angeles Police investigating Anne Heche for felony DUI – as cocaine and fentanyl being reported in her system at the time of the crash. While the fentanyl could have been administered surrounding her care, the same cannot be said about the cocaine.
Still, it may not matter as Heche's representative is revealing the actress suffered a severe brain injury and is not expected to live. In a coma with severe burns and lung injury since shortly after the crash a week ago, Heche's rep says she’s being kept on life support to determine if any of her organs are viable for donation.
Meanwhile, the investigation into the crash and what Heche had in her system continues. “In preliminary testing, the blood draw revealed the presence of drugs,” Los Angeles police said in a statement, adding that police could not “comment right now on presence of cocaine, fentanyl or alcohol at this time… that will be determined by the second test.”

Britney Spears' Lawyer Slams Kevin Federline For Sharing Videos Of Kids
Britney Spears' ex Kevin Federline released three videos of Britney arguing with their two sons, claiming they "decided as a family to post these videos." Well, now Brit's lawyer is blasting him for his actions.
“Britney Spears is a brilliantly talented, extremely hardworking icon, who is rightfully beloved and respected by millions around the world,” Matthew Rosengart tells "Us Weekly." “The same, unfortunately, cannot be said about Mr. Federline, who for reasons that are inexplicable, decided to give a gratuitous interview that has hurt the mother of his children.”
As for questions regarding Britney's actions around her sons, Rosengart notes, “Britney has faithfully supported her children and she loves them dearly," noting, "Whether he realizes it or not, Mr. Federline has not only violated the privacy and dignity of the mother of his children, he has undermined his own children, whose privacy he should protect."
