LA County will start to provide free feminine hygiene products, diapers and more at various government run facilities thanks to a new program approved by the Board of Supervisors.
The new one-year pilot program will make the products available at parks, libraries, social services departments, museums and cultural venues.
According to KTLA, county officials will also review additional funding sources to keep the program going in the future.
