Developing today...Justin Bieber & Hailey Baldwin were reportedly getting their marriage license today! That means, according to my friends who are already married, they are or will be getting married VERY SOON!
I wouldn't know about the process, but according to my married friends, you are legally married once the minister signs off on the paperwork! Also, once you get your marriage license, you only have a limited time to get that done or else you would need to re-apply for another license!
So that means one thing...Hailey and Justin are either MARRIED or are getting married VERY, VERY SOON!
The bells are ringing! I am happy for the both of them and wish them only the best!
