I think it's pretty safe to say that this was going to happen eventually and it did! Bella Hadid and The Weeknd were spotted out in Cannes together.
And yes, they were caught smoochin'...or as we call it "Public Display of Affection"! This is pretty cool that they're back together, I thought they were a great couple. Plus, Selena did go back to Justin and changed her mind. Hopefully, Selena will find hers true love soon. However, in this case, it looks like The Weeknd is in good spot for now.
