Due to concerns after Las Vegas, C3 and ACL are offering refunds to people who don't feel comfortable.
If you do this because Vegas felt personal, and you just don't know if you're ready to be in that music festival setting just yet, I get it.
If you're choosing not to go because of fear. Don't. Don't let hate win. Don't let fear lead your life. Live your life to the fullest. Music is beautiful, it connects, it helps us get through hard times, and it's so pure live. The energy of a live show is what make me love music. Singing along with my favorite artist. Being in a place filled with people who are all there for the same reason. You're literally surrounded by so many possible friends.
ACL is implementing stronger safety precautions: metal detectors, bag limits, thorough checks.
