I can definitely recognize the popularity in ramen and how it has grown increasingly in the past few years. Obviously Austin, we loooove Ramen Tatsuya. I know I like Elizabeth Street. Where ever you like to sip on this delicious dish you'll be interested in going out to the Travis Expo Center next month.
On October 9th and 10th, marketers and restaurants from all of the world are coming to this convention. Austin is the host city to what is basically an internationally festival now that they are bringing it from Japan to the United States.
We are the festival queen so no surprise that Austin is the guinea pig.
