Kris Jenner recently underwent a hysterectomy for a tumor found on her ovaries earlier this year and unveiled the results in the latest episode of The Kardashians on Thursday (July 18).

"I just got a call this afternoon...that said the little tumor was benign." The legendary momager rejoiced in the positive post-op news with her loved ones, including boyfriend Corey Gamble who considered the results "nice to hear" despite the pair not being able to "hook up for two weeks" as part of Kris' recovery process.

Speaking of the entertainment icon's recovery; she certainly has a long way to go, but she's keeping in good spirits and good company.

"I'm done with my surgery and I feel great. I'm a bit swollen, I'm a bit sore—but good." The loving mother-of-six quipped that she even convinced a nurse at the hospital to let her have a martini once the surgery was complete!

The latest health update offers a change of emotion from last week's episode, as the 68-year-old was extremely disheartened to find out that she not only needed to get her ovaries removed but also her uterus.

"I'm going to remove something that gave me six of the best parts of my whole life." Kris is currently recovering from the surgery with the support of family and friends as she embarks on an exciting, new, cancer-free chapter!

Catch the next episode of The Kardashians on Thursday, July 25, via Hulu.
