A Decision on BTS’s Military Service To Be Made by December The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is set to make a decision on BTS's required military service. A decision will be made by December 2022. Jin, who is the oldest, must enlist in the military in accordance to the Military Service Act. The Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism said in a statement, we are comprehensively reviewing the issue by looking at various aspects including that national defense is a sacred duty, military service is a symbol of fairness.
