Hurricane Florence had a little less power than Hurricane Harvey when it made landfall, but the devastation is still bad. The photos show the toll it is taking on a the Carolina's. Florence stayed hovering over the Carolina's for the weekend and because of that the river's are busting their banks and over-flowing and causing more havoc. This could potentially cause even more problems as the rain persists. Also looting has been a big problem.
