Emily Shyrock, is an Austinite and she posted on Facebook a picture of her. She is in a wheelchair and trying to make it down the sidewalk is a little more difficult for her because of these dockless scooters. She is trying to raise awareness of putting those up right. The problem is people are just leaving them strewn everywhere on the sidewalk, and people with disabilities have issues getting down the sidewalk already, but scooters are making it even more difficult. So for those of us out there using these scooters, make it a point to think about others that are less fortunate and what they need to get around and make it easier for them.
