So far this video has been seen 300,000 plus times and it has caused some controversy. These two officers are pictured arresting a man outside of Rain nightclub on 4th street. The controversy is whether is was necessary to punch the man in the back of the head, after he was already restrained on the ground with 2 officers surrounding him.
