These parents from Upstate New York finally got sick of their deadbeat son taking up space in their house and not working so they gave him notices. After the second notice they decided to get legal help with it and after about 5 months they finally got to see a judge. After seeing both sides of the argument the judge finally sided with the parents, saying that he has 30 days to vacate the premises or he will be forcibly removed. His parents even had some advice for him prior to taking the matter to court, and even offered him $1,100 and to fix his broken down car that is still on their property. Nothing would get him motivated to move out. He didn't even attempt to do chores around the house, help with maintenance or even pay for food. They even gave him some pointers:
Some advice:
1) Organize the things you need for work and to manage an apartment. Note: You will need stuff at (redacted). You must arrange the date and time through your Father so he can set it up with the tenant.
2) Sell the other things you have that have any significant value, (e.g. stereo, some tools etc.). This is especially true for any weapons you may have. You need the money and will have no place for the stuff.
3) There are jobs available even for those with a poor work history like you. Get one - you have to work!
4) If you want help finding a place your Mother has offered to help you."
I don't know about you, but I think the parents did everything they could to prepare this man for life, now it's his turn.
