According to this study, 20 minutes of listening to live music had a 21% mood boost compared to the same amount of time doing yoga producing a 10% mood boost.
Now while we recommend you don't stop doing yoga or meditating, we do encourage you to get out and listen and participate in your favorite artists live events, not only for your health and mood boost, but also to help you favorite artists, by supporting them in their live act.
