Yesterday many people going through New York City's Times Square, when a driver decided to drive up a sidewalk filled with people. The person behind the wheel killed on 18 year old female and injured 22 other people. The gentleman behind the wheel was believed to either be drunk or high on drugs. He has 2 other DUI's previously.
