A UK based photography company is taking the star to court for her use of a photo of herself. Xposure Photos is suing her because she posted a photo that one of their photographers took of the star on her personal instagram. As we all know when posting to Instagram it automatically resizes your photo when posting. Well, as doing that she left out the copyright on the photo. Now the company is taking her to court for $25,000 in damages. Even when you are a star, everyone still wants a slice of the pie. Check out more info here
