John Haygood, a 10 year old Autistic boy was charged with felony battery earlier this month after an altercation with his teacher 6 months ago left her with scratches on her arm. I don't know about you but growing up in the 90's it seems that teachers had more care for the kids in their class. Now it just seems at the first sign of any problems, it's immediate grounds for charges with the police. This is a felony that lasts a life time. What do you think? Check out the story here
