Over the weekend a woman was rushed to the hospital, after she crashed her electric Scooter. She struck a curb on S Congress and Riverside and wasn't wearing a helmet. She was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center with serious life threatening injuries. We have also seen people ride them in the streets like they are cars. The city doesn't have any laws about riding them with a helmet, but maybe after this they will pass something, because it's a huge liability.
