Watching Frank Ocean Sing 'Close to You' To Brad Pitt Onstage Is Magical

Watching Frank Ocean serenade Brad Pitt is the perfect way to start off your week. While headlining to FYF Fest in Los Angeles, California on Saturday (July 22), Ocean did just this while he was onstage.

Ocean sang "Close to You" and a rendition of the Jackson 5's "Never Can Say Goodbye" as the Oscar award-winning actor appeared on a large screen. Pitt had his back turned to the singer and was shot with his phone to his ear. The thespian even pretended to speak to someone on the other line, as the singer sang to his image.

This was completely unexpected, as no one knew that Pitt was even going to be at the show... let alone, be onstage with Ocean. What a way to give fans an unforgettable time. This special appearance comes just a few months after Pitt revealed in an interview with GQ Style that he was a huge fan of the Blonde recording artist. Apparently, Ocean's music helped Pitt when he was in a very dark place in the past year, as he was divorcing Angelina Jolie.

"I've been listening to a lot of Frank Ocean," Pitt told the fashion publication. "I find this young man so special. Talk about getting to the raw truth. He's painfully honest. He's very, very special."
