Listen to Justin Bieber on iHeartRadio

When it comes to dealing with the media, Justin Bieber says he's taking a page out of Jay-Z's playbook.  In an interview with "Teen Vogue," the pop star says he doesn't feel the "need to address every speculation" out there about his personal life.  He used the example of the hip-hop mogul's beef with Cam'ron, pointing out that Jay "didn't even respond," simply because "he's Jay-Z."

The Biebs graces the cover of the teen fashion magazine in a white tank top, insisting that he knows who he is and is "very much in control."  The interview echoes much of what he's said on the subject of media attention in the past.

In an interview with "Us Weekly" last week, Bieber also said that sometimes he feels like unloading on Twitter, but realizes if someone disses him, he's only "going to make this person way more famous by tweeting them."

Meanwhile, his manager Scooter Braun has announced that Bieber has just penned a track for British boy band The Wanted.  Bieber is currently in Europe on his "Believe" tour.
