Samsung is allegedly telling an unsatisfied customer to quit complaining.

Richard Wygand, also known as Ghostlyrich on YouTube, is a racing enthusiast in Canada, and he's posted a video about his experience with a Galaxy S4 phone.

He explained how he plugged his phone in to charge it overnight, and woke up in the middle of the night to the smell of burning electronics. 

He says he then got a letter from Samsung asking him to take the video down, and also that he had to sign a legal document promising to never talk about it again.

Only then would Samsung send him a similar phone. Wygand declined the offer and posted a copy of the letter online.

His video has already gotten nearly 800,000 views.
