The former Bell police chief will testify at Angela Spaccia’s corruption trial.

Randy Adams has told an LA Superior Court Judge he won’t use his fifth amendment privilege -- against self-incrimination -- to avoid answering questions.

Adams has never been charged in the Bell salary scandal, but emails between him and Spaccia were key pieces of evidence in the corruption case.

In one email, Adams wrote he "looks forward to taking all of Bell's money" with his $470-thousand a year salary.
