Angry birds have been hacked.

Rovio Entertainment, the maker of the popular game, says the Angry Birds home pages have been hacked only two days after reports that the personal data of its customers might have been accessed by US and British spies.

A spokesman for the company says the hacking lasted only a few minutes and that user data "was in no risk at any point."

Information leaked by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden suggested that the NSA and Britain's spy agency GCHQ had been able to get information on people through smartphone apps and games like Angry Birds.
